We took Ian to see the baby chicks at Tractor Supply this morning. While there one of the workers let Ian and I pet a baby bunny too!
Of course, Ian had to test all the lawn mowers before we left.
Next up we went and did our grocery shopping, then I got to go out on my own for some shopping. I scored Chris one of his favorite shirts at Kohl's for very cheap, and a clearance jean jacket for myself at JCPenney thanks to some awesome coupons. Then I came home and make some homemade soft pretzels in our new oven that was delivered on Saturday. While the pretzels cooked I put together a little table for my sewing machine. It was an awesome score for only $39!
So with my new table set up for sewing I decided to finally make Ian that dragon tail I have been promising him for a couple weeks now. He loved it and wore it around the rest of the night. Chris said he wants one too. I'm not entirely sure he was joking.
Then before bath time I cut Ian's hair. Totally a last minute decision on my part, but it turned out really well. I used scissors this time and he didn't cry at all...but he was VERY wiggly. I only messed up around one ear where I cut a little too short. Overnight it came out really good, but I am a little disappointed that I did it because now it looks like he is so much older.
One last picture of the Ian Dragon just because he's cute and I am proud that I managed to not butcher his hair. Go me!
So finally a little laundry and then it is finally my bedtime.
